Tuesday — Smart Systems That Drive More Business
Next, attention turned to the residential CI sales and pre-sales team. This workshop focused on how professional integrators can use MHUB with uControl inside to deliver more cost-effective and practical mid-market Smart projects.

Wednesday — Expanding Into Pro-AV
Mid-week saw the introduction of HDA/uControl to the Pro-AV pre-sales, technical support and key account teams.
Discussion centred on how HDA’s wide experience in hospitality, sports bars and light commercial environments can support the South African market. MHUB S with uControl inside was positioned as the ideal alternative where AVoIP is unnecessarily complex or costly.
Thursday — A uControl Specialist Showroom Takes Shape

The week culminated at the Planetworld showrooms in Kramerville, where Cinema Room 2 was commissioned as a uControl Specialist Showroom.

The day closed with a dealer awards evening where a trophy and a custom uControl Remote were presented to Elegant Systems — HDA Dealer of the Year in South Africa.
Their dedication, professionalism and consistent delivery across multiple projects made them a standout choice for this award.
